BOW HUNTING
Notch Mountain Outfitters also offer an early season bow hunt. This season opens (2) two weeks before the regular gun season. All (3) three big game animals can be hunted (moose, caribou and black bear).
We recommend at least a 70 lb. draw weight with a fixed broad head; mechanical broad heads are not recommended. Shots can be expected at 40 yards or less.
NOTE: In the bow hunt animals are most likely still in velvet.
